What this website collects

Nothing about you, by design. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and stores nothing in your browser. We use no advertising, no tracking and no third-party trackers, and we sell no data. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply.

Server logs

Like any web server, ours writes access logs, which can include your IP address, the page requested and your browser's user agent. They are kept only as long as we need them for security and troubleshooting, with our log provider Better Stack in the EU. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Where it is kept

The site runs on our own infrastructure on Amazon Web Services in the EU. The site loads its fonts from our own server, not from a third party.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to its processing. Write to support@sparkacus.eu. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
